I think poorboys black hole will be something your looking for

Quote:
Poorboy's Black Hole Glaze is an incredibly easy to use dark-coloured glaze that gently cleans painted surfaces and masks fine paint defects to leave a brilliantly slick show car shine ready for the addition of fresh sealant or wax protection. This cutting edge glaze is designed for detailers and enthusiasts looking for an easy way to hide wash marring and fine swirl marks caused by every day wear and tear on darker-coloured cars. It can be used as often as needed to produce a super slick surface apparently free from wash marring and swirls, and can be safely sandwiched between multiple layers of sealant or wax protection.

Dodo juice Blue velvet is coloured dark blue and seems to hide minor marks quite well on SWMBO black tt and my Space Grey X5. Can get it in trial pot for a fiver from Opie Oils the site sponsor if you want to try before paying for a big pot. Current, M135i in Estoril Blue with more extras than the cast of Ben Hur.

535d m-sport Platinum grey and a few extras.... Gone

X5 3.0 sd in Space Grey, 20's, Dynamic Pack, Memory Pack, Media Pack, Tow Pack, Rear DVD, Panoramic Sunroof, Steps, 7 Seat Pack, Reversing Camera with moving lines, programmable park heat, etc etc etc - Gone

Range Rover Sport Santorini, privacy, dvd, towpack GONE!!!

Harly wax (yellow carnuba), doesn't cause any powdery residue at all and it doesn't mark the black plastic trim either.

Cheap, easy to apply and remove and gives a good finish.

eBay it.

You still need to polish the car before applying Harley wax to prepare the paintwork

Is this a accidental repost or are you still wanting more advice Question

You have to bear in mind that if it's drying in the chip you might be leaving it in there when buffing off, if your suffering badly from Chips maybe look into something like Dr. Colourchip or ChipEx to eliminate the chips

Sorry for another question but when i bought my car i did not notice the marks on the roof - They are like white dust spots that wont wash off - Any ideas on how to remove these before i polish and wax it - cheers Mark.

You could try a automotive clay on the dust spots
