Hi All,

Found an issue with my iPod, I was regularly getting issues with it only connecting to half the speakers, then getting in a destructive loop saying device not connected, then connecting then saying not connected again. I have finally found out that it seems to be an issue with the connector between the bottom of the armrest lid and the base of that unit going into the main car (into the transmission tunnel) (If I wiggle it around I can make it connect/disconnect). Anyone else had any issues? - any idea if LR are going to rip apart the interior to fix this or is it a relatively localised part to fix/replace? I am glad I have found the problem but I am reading having the console ripped apart.

just as an update on this. Finally got around to getting this sorted, garage did a great job, I no visible signs that it was replaced other than the ew lead looks a little longer over the hinge than the old one, seems to have fixed the issue!
