Muff you should have on over, I'm about 10 miles away from the Carbeth Inn - wouldn't take long on a bike like that and we haven't had any rain here, like it looks like Halfway had! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Tim: I got soaked. It rained from Anniesland x to the Carbeth Inn and back to the Gt Western Road. An old Renold Laguna almost wiped me out on the way back approaching Baljaffrey / Bearsden due to diesel on the road. It almost spoiled my test ride! However, whilst I enjoyed the experience of the Victory, my conclusion is that they are built for big, wide American roads and our pot-holed twisty small roads in the UK are not what these things are designed for. I might buy one for Spain.....watch this space!

I had one of those when I was 40 a few years back! Went back-packing solo in the Greek Islands after attending a conference in Athens. Ended up in Paros and Anti Paros and toured them on a Yamaha XT 500 trailey. The wife accused me of the mid-life crisis then!! lol If you see a bandwagon - it's too late.....
