What is the average cost of the first service? Just been quoted £381.85inc VAT from where i bought it. Had another quote from an independant LR Dealer for £240 inc VAT. It seems to be a big big difference, surely it's a standard check list that they work through. Now gone Orkney grey SDV6 HSE with body style kit contrast stitch ebony leather, privacy, black piano, 22" Lowenharts for summer, 20" with Leon LTZ for winter.

I just had an A service (3 years) at Parks Land Rover, Ayr (main dealer) for £270 inc vat. They called me to remind me it needed a service and I told them I was just about to book it with a rival dealer (shields) - so they offered this price to keep my business. Call another main dealer and compare prices and then call them back to see if you can get a discount If you see a bandwagon - it's too late.....
