Welcome and there's no need to shout!

Sorry to report that this is a new one on me. A bit more info like what model etc. might help. One word of advise is try a different service centre. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

It might be your EPB binding on, although maybe not because you say it only happens for about 10 seconds. Every silver lining has a cloud

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Other things to get checked
Misaligned or loose pad on the EBP,
When was the fluid in the Viscous Coupling changed
Have you checked that you haven't lost any balance weights from a rear wheel
Have you taken it into thick mud recently? If so check all the mud was washed out of the backs of the wheels - dried in mud acts like additional wheel balance weights 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW
