Advise on side vents please.

Hi - I have just bought side vents and the left vent has no air box fitting clips. I have been told that this will be okay and to leave the air box off. Is this okay to do, or shall i return them to the seller - Thanks Mark.

Kelly,

The side vents on your sport actually unclip and come fully apart. You can take the vent path off of the old vented unit and fit it to the back of your new one. The unvented one should also have a blanking plate on it, which again, you just transfer from the old unit currently on the car. The metal clips can be quite sharp so watch your fingers! 2013 Discovery HSE Luxury - 3.0 SDV6 - Santorini Black
