Moulding Removal

Has anyone ever removed the rubber/plastic moulding that is at the top of the driver and passenger doors and runs the length that adjoins the window seal? Trying to replace. I noticed a screw inside the door but was wondering how the piece is removed after that? Thanks! Mike mike murphy
