Phil Popham posed very nicely with Victoria Beckham! All I needed was a rrsport sticker to put on the new car and we would have been laughing! 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Absolutely hideous design...looks like Chris Bangle moved from BMW and influenced LR design, similar to the new x6...

I think it looks amazing and will be a great success story for LR. You know what guys we are beginning to should like the FFRR guys when they slagged the sport off when it first came out......and how they don't think its a proper RR. Ok so it 2WD, how many of us use our 4WD to serious effect? And how many of you would know for sure if I put you in an Audi for eg and changed between a 4WD and a 2WD.....many of us on a normal run would not know the difference. Ok they should have just left the name at LRX....but it's a cracking looking car and it will push the profile of the name up further than ever before. And in these times we need it, and if it creates another 1000 jobs, then good on LR

I wholeheartedlly agree...let's pray that this piece of junk goes down in flames. And there are quite a few who use 4WD for what it was meant to be...granted, it's a minority for true offroading activities, but the LRX Evoques a feeling of a vehicle that doesn't know what it wants to be, it's neither SUV nor car...but some mish mash of the two. Ok...stepping off the soap box now... cheers fellas. PJPR Cairns Blue HSE 180k Miles of Adventure |
