There is very few companies out there that have not please 100% of the people though

But for the MD to have a who cares attitude is a bit of a bad rep for the company, maybe he thinks his bigger than what the word of mouth can do. (not that this thread will cause him to close etc)

Agree. It is understandable, things do go wrong, no doubt about it. You cannot satisfy 100% customers.

The prob nowadays is there are too many companies, big and small, that have this attitude towards customers and think that they can do as they please as nobody will bother to argue the toss with them!

May I suggest Pristine Wheels at Woburn Sands, Beds. Well known for being very good.

They have always done a very good job for me. Takes 3 days to do the wheels.

To be certain of colour matching you really need to do all 4 wheels. I leave my car with them for the 3 days. Equally I know of people who send the wheels to them by courier. TDV6 - gone
