Mine does.

Guess it depends on what you are using for connectivity. Could be that that is causing the issue, it's nothing to do with the LR system after all.

it is a MY10, with the LR supplied ipod connection, but then again i bought a nano purely for use in the car, could it be that as this is almost bottom of the range that it does not keep the last track played on it? MY10 TDV6 SE (debadged Wink ), Santorini Black, Flappy paddles, Privacy Glass, 20" Stormers, Mudflaps!

I know that Podcasts and Audiobooks will start where they left off on the nano, just not sure about music. L322 Big Daddy SUPERCHARGED 5.0 Autobiography - Here & Now!

Same settings, iPod nano...but don't have your issue... Music starts from where it was left all the time... Range Rover Vogue ‘17 TDV6

My ipod touch certainly starts from where it left off. I would have thought the Nano would too.
If you know someone who has another Nano then maybe try theirs and see if it still happens. 2013 Discovery HSE Luxury - 3.0 SDV6 - Santorini Black
