There might be a discrepancy in the titles, if by the same artist select them all and manually rename them correctly in the track info brought up by right clicking iirc

I also sort my music by album title, that way in lust format there all next to each other and if I want a particular artist I search for them and the results are listed in albums |

You can also highlight the tracks you want in one album, then with them highlighted right click and select 'info' you can then fill in the boxes (album name, artist etc) and it will apply the changes to all selected tracks in one hit. Just don't change the track name otherwise it will change all the tracks to the same name. You can even Google the album artwork and paste it in if iTunes can't automatically find it.
