Any Itunes experts out there

I have just imported all my music files over to itunes and all is well..........almost, some of my albums have fragmented for some reason. Is there anyway I can manually move all album tracks into the same album so they look neat when viewed on my iphone or my sons ipod touch?

Thanks in advace

There might be a discrepancy in the titles, if by the same artist select them all and manually rename them correctly in the track info brought up by right clicking iirc

Or if a compilation then again select them all and tick the revenant box

There obviously might be a easier way somebody might know

I also sort my music by album title, that way in lust format there all next to each other and if I want a particular artist I search for them and the results are listed in albums

You can also highlight the tracks you want in one album, then with them highlighted right click and select 'info' you can then fill in the boxes (album name, artist etc) and it will apply the changes to all selected tracks in one hit. Just don't change the track name otherwise it will change all the tracks to the same name. You can even Google the album artwork and paste it in if iTunes can't automatically find it.

Failing that then delete the album from iTunes (careful not to delete the files permanently/recycle bin when it asks!) and then go to 'file' then 'add folder' and import that album on it's own.

James Thumbs Up
