How to replace side vents

Hi all ,this is my first post ,can somebody help me please ,
I need to replace the side vents ,my car is RRS HSE 08
is there any thread ,video to explain the steps
your help is greatly appreciated

Thank u so much ,but I see the OEM vent has a projection in the back ,while the chrome vent I bought to install is just a flat piece Confused Shocked

The vent you see in the picture is the vent that is connected to the air intake, their is only one vent as shown the 2nd vent has no protrusion and is flat, you may wish to provide some photo's so we know what you are trying to fit

I would just replace like for like, not sure if there would be any issue with the one not being identical to the intake side. Give it a try Thumbs Up

thanks for your help ,actually I just started the return process ,as I am afriad to tamper with it ,as both side vents I purchased evidently have no air intake unit and it must be so risky to leave the car with no air intake unit .

Shrekrover The side vents on your sport actually unclip and come fully apart so you may be able to take the vent path off of the old unit and fit it to the back of your new chrome one. I'd check before returning them. This was what I had to do when I bought a set of colour coded ones for my previous 2007 model. The unvented one should also have a blanking plate on it, which again, you just transfer from the old unit currently on the car. 2013 Discovery HSE Luxury - 3.0 SDV6 - Santorini Black
