Well, IMHO I am going to do mine asap because it's done 70k....

Oil is not going to be cheap though.... Trying to find an alternative to OEM @ £20/ltr.....

The official mileage for changing the auto box oil is 150k miles or 10 years (75k for transfer box) but many Disco owners are changing much sooner due to deteriorating gear change quality way before that.

Since you can't replace all the oil by just draining and refilling some people are now offering a full flushing service to ensure a complete change (from memory about £200). Generally reports are very positive with smoother gearchanges afterwards. Have a look on Disco3.co.uk.

Changed mine at the 96000 Kilometre major service (60000 Miles), along with the transfer box and diff oils.

I would agree with the comments, overall gear changes are smoother now, less prone to the "take off shunt" and generally quieter when changing
