The ladder has been fully risk assessed and is fully anchored to top floor only accessable though by the use of full body harness attacted to enertia reel.....For the CSE we have a valid work permit that covers 02 level of 20.9% etc before entry (only when car is running though) You guys really scrutinize these pictures! I'll be sure to clear the clutter next time |

I prefer the alternative" Reps skidmarks stop here" ! MY2011 HSE Santorini/Ivory/Piano Black/Privacy Glass/TV .Sadly gone.
