United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black

but it's pointless (surely?). Why would you want one when the iphone (and other smart phones) do so much more. I have a netbook for when I travel (Toshiba and only £230) and my HTC Hero phone does everything else - or am I missing something Question Smile If you see a bandwagon - it's too late.....

Java Black HSE TDV6 O7, alpaca, FF sunroof, adaptive Xenon headlights, SC grill, black privacy glass, clear indicators, tow-pack, colour-coded all black.Gone, but forever in my memory. Until my new one comes...
In the stables:Mercedes CLK 230K Cab W208; BMW 318d; VW Golf (LHD) 1.6 SE in Spain:New RRS to come soon...

Muff D

Absolutely not pointless (for me anyway) I don't have a iPhone because work issue BlackBerry, great for email crap for even the simplest web search. The company issues a computer with all their security"stuff" on it so I can't take a netbook travelling, otherwise I would.

I travel extensively and use an iPod Touch for music, some video and overseas Tom Tom navigation. I have an iPod touch in the car for music etc. But for any web browsing using wi fi, the screen is just too small as is the keyboard.

The iPad was bought to have in the main living area of the house to look up recipies, have a quick look at the "paper" etc. While we could do the same with a netbook, the iPad just looks so much better as a piece of furniture or a quasi coffee table book.

How does one set up a US iTunes account without a US address or credit card or are you so multicultural that you are a citizen of all?? Rolling with laughter Gone - 2008 Stornoway Grey RRS 2.7 TDV6

Good if you do mate - then it works - that was the one thing that stopped me getting one as I was in the US when they launched.

BKHK - you're spot on, forget what it can do, and yes better than netbook (although I keep a netbook in the car with a 3G dongle) they look amazing as a piece of furniture, and the tactile sensation from it is amazing - it's not always about function, form is as important....
