Is my mileage going down?

Just tried booking a service, my car currently has 40K on the clock but apparently LR are adamant it had 55K on last time it was in in November!

Well it didn't......because it has 40k on it now!

I assume it is the same car and not on a cherished plate?

I took my second RRS in for its first service on a private plate, despite it reading 6,000 miles their records showed it at 44,000, silver not black and suggested i pay for the warranty work Rolling Eyes Confused Laughing

They were 'sure' it had its first service and not it's 'third' ..... Rolling Eyes

Hi

I am not sure about the RRS but on my previous Disco TD5 I had a similar shock when the mileage increased, it turned out that if you hold the trip mileage button for two seconds + it converts the mileage to Kilometres hence an increase. probably not the reason but worth considering.
