As stated so many times before to others you can sleep in your hotel/b&b or rented cottage beds that had god know what fluids spilt on them, at least in my caravan any fluids spilt are my own G&T's etc and they are cleaned up afterwards, unless it's the wifes side then she's use to the damp patches
