DeLaminating steering wheel

Just had my 07 HSE faulty steering wheel replaced under warranty as every time I drove the car it discoloured my hands.
LR wanted like for like warrenty replacement - hard for hard type which would do the same again, I refused & got a lovely soft leather one. Cool I am their leader................ which way did they go ?

Just buy a new one off fleabay.....about £150 when I got mine, and a quick hour or so labour time - and job done - if you have a great dealer like Lookers, they might even do it for free if you ask very nicely (albeit whilst spending £1000 on other work!)

Problem being Nick, I dont have £150 that I dont need, if I can get the stealer to replace it under warranty I would be much happier Smile

Point taken - although some might say, the price of RRS ownership is never cheap - we all need the £££, but when that pressing urge just doesn't stop, you sometimes have to give in to it...
