DVD remote not working and Vehicle lean when cornering

anyone had the issue where the dvd remote just doesnt do anything? have changed the batteries just to make sure but nothing seems to work. No button has any effect on doing anything. Tried to play the dvd with voice command but it thought "REAR ENTERTAINMENT PLAY" was "notepad play", so had no luck there

Had LRA out on Saturday for the error "Vehicle Lean when cornering", which they couldnt get rid of. With this error the car was very soft as i believe it goes into "default" mode - i.e. switches off dynamioc response. After driving 100 miles and stopping for 10 min and restarting the error disappeared.

Scotland 2010 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Alaska White

I have the vehicle lean when cornering on for a coupld of days now, comes on as soon as I drive off. It's going into the dealer at the end of this month to get it fixed, I spoke to one of the mechanics about it as I was concered with driving the car too much with this erro, he said that it had to do with suspension oil reservoir, it can sometimes get low but not leak hence the low oil level causing more suspension movement when cornering. It just gets topped up. This sounds good to me but have no idea if it is correct or not, will find out when iget it back 2010 Alaska white 3.6TDi v8, heated steering wheel, Ipod connection, Aribica extended leather, Digital TV, voice activation, privacy glass, Dynamic pack

yep - booked in for the 18th of this month.

if low oil pressure not sure why it got corrected after a long journey.

also will get the gearbox fault looked at as well - which only appeared when it was freezing cold.

Hi Tony, the error started to come on around 4 weeks ago, would come on then only on occasions then gradually got worse until now it's on all the time 2010 Alaska white 3.6TDi v8, heated steering wheel, Ipod connection, Aribica extended leather, Digital TV, voice activation, privacy glass, Dynamic pack

I wonder how many of these problems are connected to the low temperatures we have been having, although they are not as low as some winters I can remember over the last 20 years, we haven't had such a long period of consistantly low temperatures in this part of the country in many years. I have been home from overseas since the first week of December and here we are in March and I can only think of one week when there hasn't been sub-zero temperatures or snow lying on the ground since then. At least we haven't had dull a grey and overcast sky and continuous rain in that time! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

car has only done 5k miles so hopefully not low oil in the suspension reservoir.

Tim - i do wonder if it is due to cold weather as well.

All the errors have gone - havent had gearbox since around Xmas. Only the DVD remote dont work now - but the vehicle lean error did make driving the car alot worse - you almost fell out your seat going round a corner.

could also be a low battery due to the cold, I got various suspension errors come up when driving up the street if I didn't put the battery on the optimate overnight. We have a BIG speed bump at the end of the road and thats when the errors would come on if the battery was low. Battery fully charged and then no problems. Sons of dogs come hither and get flesh

Mine are not touch screens, you can cycle through the inputs via the buttons on the door or via the satnav screen in front. My remote works sometimes but I'm hardly in the back of the car to try it out. Sons of dogs come hither and get flesh
