Aff. Be it V8 or V6 you are sure to love it more than an Audi - you've made a great choice.

If your worried about a TDV car only doing a short journey - take the scenic route !

Get the mudflaps fitted at the same time or you'll find that the sidesteps get covered in dirt etc. 2010MY Land Rover Freelander 2 HSE

Just found out that I can't have mud flaps on the new one, still tempted by the side steps though but a bit worried about them getting grungy and bringing that inside the car...

BradTarga, why do you say that you cant have mudflaps? I was watching this thread and considering adding steps and flaps to my MY2010.

Why can you not fit mudflaps? Haven't LR got round to designing a set for 2010MY? 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

not sure the Autobiography would suit side steps. They are a huge help however. I'm quite conscious about not collapsing the seat side bolster getting up and in to the Sport. The sidesteps allow you to get into the car so much easier. 2010MY Land Rover Freelander 2 HSE

Thanks Brad. Mines a standard HSE so I should be ok. I had a look at the LR website and see that they are offering mud-flaps for cars with and without body-kit. I wonder which bodykit they are referring to?
