Diesel or Petrol? if Diesel you must wait for the glow lamp to go out - am sure loads of people don't...... |

Hi. It is diesel and I always wait for the glow lamp to fade out before turning the key. It's going in to landrover on Tuesday and was wondering if the fault maybe covered by the warranty? Also wondered what to expect in the way of cost. Little frustrated at the mo. Thanks for helping so far. All feedback welcome. |

The problem is getting worse, ie the time for the engine to run smooth is taking longer. Nearly caused an accident! Once the engine appeared to run smooth from start up i left my house. Tried to pull out of the junction at the end of the avenue and even with my foot to the floor there was nothing there at all. |

I've been trawling the forums looking for 'stumbling start' issues on my SC. This monday morning, it occurred and then drivers airbag warning light came on and stayed on. Car is still with dealer. I'm told that there is a TSB on this. Software update also. Should get it back tomorrow so will post the results for other Petrol owners. |

Mine is also doing this but only when the weather is cold and not too bad at the mo. Car is booked into the dealer to look at this and a couple of other issues in 2 weeks. |

I had this on a TDV6 put new EGR valves and replaced two injectors that cured it but then it started again so changed the battery and it cured it so possible a voltage issue when it gets too cold!! |

Hi, just a quick update on the repair work. Car been at main dealers since Tuesday and the feedback I received is that they have found the problem with the EGR valves. They tell me that this has sorted the fault........ the car still has other issues being ironed out but I'll be a bit more specific when I get the vehicle back. |

still in the dealers since Monday - although I think it's because they are so busy that I doubt they have even looked at it. |
