Changing the dash trim is easy and parts are on ebay. I think the real problem is the door cards - you have to buy new ones and these are not cheap, but fairly easy to do. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

I have done this with my MY08. I did all the doors including the door pulls. the hockey sticks all the way to the cooler lid. The coin tray under the Satnav,the four aircond vents and also the steering wheel horns. New door cards are not required. If the cards are the base model ones, ie black vinyl with the green badge. All you have to do is remove the card from the door, snap off the melted plastic lugs holding the top part to be replaced, slide the new piano black piece in and it is secured by the screw under the badge, replace badge with a black one and it looks gtreat.
