I had a warranty on my RRS up until Oct last year,

Before the warranty expired, I put it into the dealer for it's 50K service and to sort out some little issues.

I had the front PDC fixed, as it sometimes declared itself inactive, and the dealer 'changed some wiring'

Now, since the beginning of this month, the PDC as again beeping and telling me it's inactive, although both front and rear systems now refuse to function.

I know I have the 'older' PDC system, as it comes on under 10mph by itself (I like this feature however)

My question to you all is this, as the PDC fault was fixed under warranty should they offer any type of guarantee on their work??

The dealer didn’t change the PDC control for the newer model or offer me this option, so I’m unsure what to do. I keep telling myself 'It's a toy'
But I've broken quite a lot of toys in my time.....

I found out re a similar problem, in terms of warranty work, and when it expires - it would expire on the same day your warranty expired - but speak to Customer Relations - they offered me 50% towards the cost - but looking at the paperwork - I would like to see where it says in writing this is the case.....
