Got the car back from the dealers today and even though they'd given it a wash I thought since it was a fine day it was time to try out some of the products I bought from JKP last year. Think it's looking quite good again now.

Saw this post and thought since it's valentines day i would spend it giving mine a good wash............... The car too

Started at 9:30 and finished at 15:45 and only cleaned the wheels, washed, clayed 50% of the tar deposits off and thought this is going to be bigger job than first thought so dried and put a coat of wax on as I am going to have to do it all again when I machine polish it

just need some stronger wheel cleaner, my neat billberrys, P21s red and Auto Glym acid wasn't touching the brake dust spots Need a aggresive clay too to speed up the claying as Alaska white looks like a Dalmatian when I'm up close

Given that it was Feb and in Scotland that was a wash with Dodo Juice Shampoo, rinse with the hose, dried then 1 coat of Hard Candy Carnuba Wax!

Saying that tho it usually gets a coat of Red Mist after every wash (if it stays dry enough) which probably helps too. Once the better weather gets here I'm going to get the clay bar and the lime prime going to! Current, M135i in Estoril Blue with more extras than the cast of Ben Hur.
