New owner with a question

Hi,
Just taken delivery of a 2009 Stornaway Grey HSE. Great car but one question, how do I stop the drivers seat going backwards every time I take the key out and squashing my rear passengers!!

Thanks. 2009 Stornaway Grey HSE

I guess its supposed to make it easier to get in and out. Seat moves backwards, stearing wheel moves up. Must be able to switch off somehow? 2009 Stornaway Grey HSE
