'rude comments' 'slag off other peoples work'?

None from me, I just made an observation. In fact I think that the white corsa posted is a perfect compliment to the Khan RRS - clearly some don't.

Both look to have achieved the same level of 'personalisation' so that's fine - each to their own.

Personally it's not for me, but who am I, I just have a 'bog standard' HSE RRS, which isn't that personalised Smile

Yeh thats totally fine, I had nothing against your post. RRS's look very nice when standard or with a few factory extra's in all honesty. Thank you for your thoughts. Kahn Design Sales

how is the quality of the new kahn products?

the old kit was so bad and warped that i had to have the front bumper screwed back on as it had all warped! in the end decided to take it off as it was more hasle than it was worth!

body shop said it was terrible to fit and was of poor quality!

was promised a new one by someone in the company... with authroity... but never materialised!

i just find that anything i tryed to go back to kahn about i was given a story!

had the kit, which warped, the powder coated brakes which all chipped off, chrome side vents, which all chipped, foglamps... chipped, grill sold before it could go wrong! 2 exausts, one black one chrome, both corroded very badly, ended up takin them off and having custom tips made!

all in all not the best exsperiance!

fyi i cant Censored spell! RR Sport supercharged 06
strut grills, strut 22" wheels, Full Kahn Kit
Brembo big brake kit, tinted front and rear lights

From looking at your gallery, I guess you would consider a carwash a step too far then... Mr. Green

I had a Christmas Card from Kahn this year - thanks Richard Thumbs Up

they also sold me a set of almost brand new 10 spoke alloys with tyres 2 years back taken from a modified RRS

no complaints from me

wouldn't buy the kit myself, however they do always look nice in the pics

Ha, fair point on the state of my car!

Although I challenge you to find a car wash in Stockholm that's operating when it's minus 28C outside! There are a handful of indoor ones, but they have super agressive brushes and cost £20 for the pleasure, urr I'll pass on that one!

Did wash it by hand a week ago when it was only minus 6C, did it with hot water and I managed to move the dirt into frozen lumps, which looked mighty attractive.

I've given up trying to be the crazy Englishman now, taken the Swedish way - wait until the spring Thumbs Up

I work in Illinois, so I understand the issues with snow, salt and above all the bloody cold! Having to shovel the snow off my driveway is bad enough, so car cleaning is the last thing on my mind when its -20C outside! But saying that I have to admit even when I'm back home and it 5C outside it’s still too cold to think about washing the car myself! I'm just glad I have a pretty good hand carwash up the road and it costs me a fiver for a wash and dry that not bad at all! For 20quid the car looks showroom fresh in and out!

Hi Sexy Pauly,

I am sorry to hear about the trouble's you've had in the past. Unfortunately I don't think I was with the company at the time so its hard for me to comment on the quality back then. I know that numerous improvements have been made since then, particularly to the quality of the bodykits. Since we changed our supplier we haven't had any problems with warping or mis-shapen parts.

In regards to the chrome products we have steered away from these and no longer offer them, chrome in this country will never last through winter with the salt on the roads, the exhaust systems have been completely re-designed so there will be no issues with these in the future.

If you like the look of the Kahn products but have reservations about the quality then I would be more than happy for you to visit us and I will personally show you around the new products and vehicles to enforce what I have already spoken of in regards to the improvements. Kahn Design Sales

thank you richard,

what really got to me was the fact that i got palmed off and told it was poor fitting, out of warantee etc, when the fitting was done by supposidly one of the best bodyshops in the UK, if you look @ my galary you will see some photos of the car! in all honesty i think the stuff did look great was just so disapointed with the "customer Service" that i would never go back!

admittedly i did like the stuff! spoke to the man himself about it as well and promised it would be sorted! esp after we baught a flying spur off him! and nearly another exspensive car too!

after i took the kit off because it was so poor i decided to take my busienss elsewhere!

bodyshop respreyed the bumpers 3 times free of charge because THEY were not happy with the finish, they said they will never do a kit again after touching that one...

and they had a carrera GT in at the time... sent by porsche in hatfield... so they were no cowboys...

ive had a chrome strut grill on my car for 2 years and its still as shiny as the day i got it! RR Sport supercharged 06
