Getting the onboard TV to work and Radio

Hi all,

I am having probems trying to get my radio and TV to work in my RRS. All I get when switching the radio on is hissing. I am led to believe that the aerial is built into the windscreen, so it's not as if a lead has been mistakingly disconnected.

Also, I am having problems trying to select settings for the TV. It won't let me save United Kingdom in TV Setttings or enable tme to save the type of input, ie PAL I etc.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Alex

Both radio and TV antennae are in the rear side windows, between c & D Pillars right at the back both sides of the car, check the connections in the panels in the boot and under the drivers and front passenger seats. I think your TV is aftermarket, it wasn't an option until late 2006, for 2007MY (or late 2007 for 2008MY) , otherwise it was just a DvD player 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
