If one of the connectors is loose you will get that message. There are probably other reasons too. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Try also scaring the neighbours into thinking you have totally lost your marbles (they had suspicions when you appeared with an RRS anyway!) and get out that vital piece of the RRS toolkit, the hairdryer, and try drying them out after a wash - BTW never ever aim a pressure washer nozzle directly at them - a soaking in a river or deep puddle is different to having 10bar of pressure washer jet aimed at them! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Me too. I thought it was ice / debris in a sensor but still inactive after warmer weather and a good clean.

Problem fixed by replacing one front sensor. Bumper removal was required but my warranty covered the £200+ bill. Result.

Seems to be a bit of a common theme here mine too! Had a rear sensor replaced not long ago and noe they have all started playing up. I get the message saying front parking sensors inactive (intermittently) and the rears stop working too. ARGH, anyways dealer said most likely a wire shorting behind front bumper and it would need to be removed to check. Quoted me £85 for bumper removal and check. |
