Been dealing with Matt & James over the last week or so and finally picked up my first RRS today. All I can say is what a great bunch of guys, very professional and a great pleasure to do business with.

Haven't had much time to drive the car as I left the garage and went straight to work but I love it already and gotta be the nicest journey I've ever had to work!

Hi James, when you slapped Matts wrist did you do it so hard that he cannot pick the phone up anymore, i have lft him 2 messages to give me a call regarding the MY10 RRsport i bought at the ned of November last year, i called again yesterday to talk to him and he was not at his desk, the lady asked shall i leave a message for Matthew to call you back my reply was "yes you can but i have already left one message" thinking this might get him to call me back, but no.

1000 apologies JC1. Matt has been away and I've left him holding the fort with 3 of us off site today. therefore probably my fault due to dealership cover. There is no excuse and I've given him a nudge to speak to you today.

Apologies accepted James & Matt, i was just getting a bit frustrated with no call back. I have had a chat with Matt this afternoon and my faith in Lookers (CHPR) is fully restored.
Pass my thanks on to Matt who has dealt with my request, i hope you was not too hard on him.

Matt has contacted my colleague regarding changing his D3 to a D4 so hopefully you will do some business there.

I'm glad I came across this forum and the recommendations for Lookers certainly seem justified. James, and in particular Matthew have ben great to deal with getting back to me promptly and answering any and all of my questions. All in all, very impressed, and have placed my order for a new RRS TDV8 Autobiography with them. Just waiting to hear now on a production date, so I just hope that things will continue as smoothly as they have done so far. Matthew, just read that you are a fellow Chelsea supporter!

I would say this isn't typical of Lookers - I recently had communication with James regarding an issue with my year old RRS and whilst it wasn't James' problem he dealt with it in a truly professional manner. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
2009 Alaska TDV8 - Gone and much missed.
