Fairly new on here and i was just wondering which product you good people recommend to keep my Alpacca interior in tip top condition and if it smelt nice that would be a bonus

Land Rover sells their own "own brand" leather food and cleaner, but any good brand (autoglym or Maguiers) can be used - take a stroll along the shelf in Halfords and take your pick, they will all be less expensive than the LR one! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I think you will find that leather doesn't need feeding once you skinned the cow

I use Raceglaze Leather balm, very little in the way of cleaners in it, but leaves the leather supple and gives a slight new leather smell too

if they are dirty they also do a cleaner too

zymol, Gliptone and meguirers products are good too

I always find the leather wipes you can buy in Halfords do a great job of cleaning the leather, removing denim stains and keeping them looking like new. I know they don't feed the leather but for frequent use when washing the car they are great. Modern leather has a 'clearcoat' - Adding 'conditioners' which generally contain oils and waxes will change the appearance of your leather over time as dirt will build up on the surface and cause a sheen. Leather does not require 'conditioning' with anything other than water..

Once cleaned with Ultra Foam (cleaner..) use the Ultra Protect to form a barrier against every day soiling, dye transfer etc etc.

From what I was told by LR specialist all that the leather needs is a wet sponge with a little bit of soap. Any of the chemicals will apparently damage it in one way or another

Don't the leather seat come with a label saying they need feeding with a LR product.......

........just checked the leather headrests in my wardrobe and it says

I think that's so you don't have to do the job twice
