Hi Dave and welcome - I am just along the road from you near Stirling. The cradle is a pain- it only works with a Nokia phone and you have to find the right sub-cradle to fit in the holder under the cubby box lid. You occassionally find them on ebay but since 2008MY that bit has been omitted from the spec and now all RRS's only have the Bluetooth, which you should also have.

your photo of the Rimini Red reminds me of my06 with sand interior, lovely motor and sadly missed (except for crappy phone cradle. Buy a MY10, ipod connection, iphone and bluetooth = fab) Had gone to dealers in September to order another Rimini Red MY10, somehow got mugged by sales team and bought the purple beast from the showroom that everyone else laughed at. Welcome purple people eater

Some companies will give you an allownce for your company vehicle usage as long as you can prove the vehicle you drove and that you never had any accidents with it. Thats what happened when I opted out of the company car scheme, they would allow up to 5 years at Elephant.co.uk but was in 2004.

when i opted out of corporate life, a letter from my past employer stating that i had driven company cars for 5 years without having an accident or raising a claim was good enough to secure full no claims. (still think the red looks great) purple people eater

Have to get more than 50ft from the car, or wait until the car shuts down itself, or you could disconnect the car in the blue tooth menu of the phone. Not come across anything about disabling the bluetooth in the car. Sons of dogs come hither and get flesh
