Keep us posted - I like the look of this and your overview installation seems pretty simple.

So am I right thinking that if you just have a satnav (navteq) system without DVD etc, then you need some kind of interface to add an AV signal? Is there no way to just add a simple AV input?

no all the SAT nav units have a dvd drive (for the map disk) but to be clear regardless if you have the base sat nav unit or the rear entertainment package you need an interface. |

Local caravan dealer had something similar although not specifically for the RRS but it was wireless and came with a small screen you can stick on the windscreen no bigger than a sat nav unit. Think it was around a hundred quid. Was toying with one for the rear of the caravan itself to give a better rear view. Current, M135i in Estoril Blue with more extras than the cast of Ben Hur.

Once we know this works, I think what we need is a Site Sponser who will sell a fitted package
