But they are as rare as hen's teeth! General Grabber sells a good All Terrain tyre that will meet most offroading requirements - the AT2 http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?ti...abber+AT+2 Some of the guys over on Disco3.co.uk have been running them on their Disco3's For a 19" wheels with the speed and load rating and suitable for offroad use your choice is limited to just about that selection, GY MTR's or General Grabber AT2s! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it 2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced 2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW |

Have just fitted a set of 19" GY MT/Rs on mine and not had a chance to use them off road yet, but sure noticed the fuel consumption hit with them, 32.1 mpg on the 20" Continentals and 25.9mpg on the 19" GY MT/Rs

Tim, I still don't see the General AT2s listed in a 19" size on tirerack (or General's web site.) Is that a UK / Europe only size, like those MTRs we cannot get across the pond? |

Gents, any recommendations for the 18" footwear, i have the standard 10 spokes, currently running on Conti's cross contact but the offside front is about to give up the ghost looking at the uneven wear.

Coopers do a 255/55 R18 with 109 rating, but it states 109T which is 190 KMH which is under the official LR rating of 193KMH for the TDv6, can i assume the 3 km's will make all the difference to the insurance company if it ever came to a payout Another Pommie Bar Steward down under
