ask to speak to James Tayler or Matt Guerney at the Park Royal branch and tell them you are a member here. I think I am right in saying that CHPR sells more RRS in a year than any other dealer! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Nothing, RRS is pretty good unmodified, but if you must then a set of Overfinch 20" Tiger wheels or LR's own Stormers would be the way to go. Don't go for anything bigger until you have had the car a while and got used to the lovely ride on standard 20" wheels. Just noticed its the TDv6 you are going for - take a look at the 19" multispoke wheels which are also very nice and almost a copy of the Overfinch Tigers. RRS ride improves with more sidewall on the tyres too and you get more protection for your rims! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it 2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced 2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW |

Get it chipped A chipped TDv8 is a thing of great beauty - of the viceral, eat my exhaust smoke, unleash the animal - kind. Not unrelated to an M3 perhaps ? I have never considered chipping various 2.7 TDv6's or the 3.0 TDv6 we own. But the TDv8 someone creates an addiction to "Grunt" that can only be fully satisfied by further tuning. IMHO chipping the TDv8 is a wholly good experience - marginally better MPG, still very refined, just fantastic "reel in the horizon" ability that certainly made the old 4.2 SC completely unecessary. Mind you - the 5.0l SC would be a different matter altogether. RRS TDv8 HSE Rimini Disco 4 TDv6 HSE Ipanema Defender 90, 200tdi CSW |

Evolve said it would be ready by Christmas but I've not heard anything more yet so I don't think theirs is available. I see DMS are advertising one saying 'please call' so I'm not sure it is actually available yet either. I've used both before and would use either again without hesitation.
