United States 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Rimini Red

After all that investigation it appears that my RF sensor (behind the sunroof inside the roof lining) got water-logged and failed.

Problem had nothing to do with the Courtesty Light mod.

Thanks for the advice guys.

Why not give the option of being able to switch between puddle lamps and overhead lamps or have both, they went to the effort of 'mood lighting' but deceided there was no need for any more.................

2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Zambezi Silver

Great write up & photo's CarlW.

I have just made the mod on my 2005 and I've seen the light, literally!!!

EVERYONE should do this, but none more so than LR themselves.

Very easy mod, took me an hour on the first side and 15 mins on second - nice learning curve.

Thanks again CarlW, it will change our life, with factory darkened glass, black interior and a hooligan toddler to get in and out in the dark!!

Cheers...

Thanks but I can't take the credit. I had downloaded a copy of the instructions to my pc about 18 months ago when I did the mod on my car and it seems the original copy have been removed so I've uploaded a copy back to the site.

I agree it makes a big improvement

Carl
