Door pad removal ? how do you do it???

Passenger door pad removal??? how do you do it???

Could anyone help???
how do you take the door pad off ?
have tried but couldn't work out how to remove the door handle trim ,
to get at bolts or whatever is behind there?? any pic's would be helpfull please
...only have dropped the original torx screw that holds the key barrel in, on pass door that you access from side ( should have just loosened it but instead undid it completely and dropped it inside door,) have tried buying a new one but the one I have is to big to fit through the inspection hole on side of door ... it looks like the pad will have to come off and I might as well retreive the fallen one .
PLEASE HELP ME ONCE MORE

Took me 3/4 of the day to retreive the blasted screw ( I did buy one from L.R. but as you can see from my pic's the hole is too small for the screwto fit through. so the power window regulater had to come out and the glass had to be released from the motor, so I could place the dam screw in it place on a metal bracket behind the key barrel, I had to take this braket out and use some masking tape and stick it there so I could put it back in and do it up from the hole on the side of the door. to put the glass back, took me a couple of hours in frezzing snowy weather. god I must like this RRS , I haven't done anything like this for 34 years since I stripped down my first american car in 1975 at the age of 18 years old a FORD MUSTANG Mach 1 1970 351ci windsor 2 barrol White/blue trim
