Cannot find anything on the LR website, and in my brochure for 2010MY only mentions that the S/C has "High performance" brakes. No mention of the TDv8's set-up though. It does say in the brochure that TDv8 has 360mm disks at the front and 350mm at the rear, no mention of pistons or maker. There was a 2010MY 3.0ltr SE parked outside my house on Saturday and that appeared to have the same grey callipers but without the adverts on them as my TDv8. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

The new ones are IMHO nowhere near the quality of the Brembo units on my previous TDV8.

When I did the factory tour they told me the new calipers are still made by Brembo, they just have to pay each time they use the Brembo name on the caliper, so they chose to save money and not display the name. |
