New to the forum but I'm on the lookout for a RRS 2.7TDV6 HSE

55/06/56 Plate
Black or Grey preferably with black leather interior
20" alloys would be nice along with side boards but not essential
FSH would be nice and max of 40,000miles

I'm in the Midlands but happy to travel

Budget around £26,000 - £27,000

Plenty on autotrader / pistonheads / ebay but none seem to appeal

A local private dealer has a silver one for £27k but it just doesn't have the 'X' factor!!

any help would be appreciated.... or should I wait a while until the 2010 models are going out of the showrooms and the p/x's are appearing on the scene and bringing down the values?

Welcome Rob,

for your budget you shouldn't have a problem finding a good example, best place to start is the LR used car loactor if you want to find a clean vehicle.

As they're part of the LR approved used programme they tend to be better prepared than an independent dealer and come with a years warranty.
But a bit pricier. Have a look at CHPR website, they're a site sponsor and have excellent feedback on here from happy customers.

I wouldn't expect the MY2010's will make much of a difference to 2006 and older cars residuals. More likely to effect the later cars.

I bought a black 07 plate with black leather a few months ago, as there is plenty of cars like this on the road i thought finding a mint low mileage example would be easy, i was amazed at how hard it was to get one, most were either vastly overpriced or not looked after at all, im in scotland and imagine you would have a far better selection of cars down south but in my experience if you want a mint car you have to be calling dealers and scouring the net very regularly and be ready to go and look at them and leave a deposit.

We've sold out of 2010, so expect the next batch at the end of Jan. We're taking in a few RRS againt 2010, but so far we've taken more Porsche product (2x Cayman, 2x 911 and 1x Cayanne in the last month alone).

We had an 'incident' in the early hours of Sunday morning that reduced our RRS stock by 3, however we do have a low mileage (16k IIRC) black 06 plate that has just come in.
