MY10 Telephone problems

Hi all - having a small telephone challenge. I have a Blackberry curve 8900. The phone pairs OK and downloads the address book fine, including all names. However, when people phone me, only their number is displayed, not their name even though they are visible in the phone book. Any ideas what could be causing this problem?

Your lucky my 8900 wont download the phone book !!

Mine didn't either until I installed the latest Blackberry OS. If you're on Vodafone get the latest version here

It's strange - some numbers are coming up OK but the vast majority aren't. The call register screen also shows the names perfectly. I've asked the dealer i bought the car from to raise it with Landrover to see if its a known isssue.
