FFRR is a completely different car mate, more spacious, more comfortable, more luxurious, quitter (it has double glazed windows); proper RR boot with picnic table but it is less sporty - it feels like a big ship on many occasions. Though, still as fast as the RRS. We have got in the garage both (exactly the same spec) and as much as the cars are similar so are they different. So all in all, it depends on what you want really: a sporty 4x4 or luxurious 4x4?

Not really sure that a RRS is more problematic than RR. Perhaps a more active forum and more problems reported as a result but their are many who have had no problems.

When we replace our RRS, it will be with a FFRR.

A new FFRR for the same price as a new RRS. Kinda says it all, the FFRR is on it's last legs and not getting the sales hence the heavy discounting. If you want the ultimate in luxury and have never owned one before, buy the FFRR no contest. 2010MY Land Rover Freelander 2 HSE

Gazzer i think your right. After looking at the new HSE and a Vogue,it is the HSE which is now better inside. With the extra leather of course! IMO. |

Having owned a TDV6 HSE and a TDV8 HSE and now a FFRR i prefer the FFRR for comfort but if you want a 4x4 that handles well and looks the muts the the sport is the answer
