hello can any one help, dvd player was playing normaly then came up with blue screen saying mech error now its doing nothing cant even get disks out . is there any way to get them out, it is the 6 disc changer model.any help appreciated as my disabled son depends on it thanks.

What are you trying to remove, the 6dvd cartridge just ejects have you tried cleaning the discs and player head, is it still under warranty?

thanks for reply but cant get cartridge out. approved warranty does not cover it suprise suprise( makes lots of noises but wont eject)

Is there a pinhole to press a paper clip into to eject manually? L319 D4 HSE
