After taking in my car to the dealer to final repair the issues I have had they have replied that the cannot fix the electric Steering Adjustment as this is not fitted as an option to my car. I find this a little strange as I have the button on the steering column for this and no manual adjustment. Can anyone confirm that this is an option and if it is not chosen there is no steering adjustment?

In addition to this they are returning the car without fixing the Bluetooth or the satellite navigation as they say they have tried and cannot fix it! I think this is going to need a complaint to Land Rover UK. Any advice?

If your RRS is as your profile says (i.e. 2007) then I don't think you've got electric steering wheel adjustment. If I remember right, that didn't come in until MY08/8.5?

As for your other issues, difficult to comment unless we know a little more about what the problems are. It's fair to say though that whatever your problems are, for the dealer simply to return the car saying they couldn't fix it, isn't great....

Yes the car is a 2007 model and has the little button under the steering wheel with the auto setting. There is no sign of the manual latch or mechanism.

With the bluetooth I have the red and green call buttons on the steering wheel and I have seen that they have ordered the blue tooth module item xvd500021 and a other module yqe500240 but now they are staying that this is also not fitted

For the satellite navigation they are saying the the connection from the GPS receiver on the roof to the sat nav system is a coax cable and this is damaged. they have apparently replaced the gps reciever but this didn't work.

Hmm... seems to me like you need a different dealer, if he tells you what's wrong and then doesn't do anything about it
