2008 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black
Drivers seat squab moving

Just purchased a 58 2.7D HSE with almond leather and when accelerating you can feel the seat squab move back slightly and when braking it moves forward slightly.

Is this a common problem or have people come across this problem before.

Car is booked in for it to be looked at but have heard reports on faulty or replacement seat frames

Australia 2010 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Java Black

Its a common problem and there is a TSB about it. Your dealer should have the details and it should be fixed under warranty. Gone - 2008 Stornoway Grey RRS 2.7 TDV6

This is interesting. I sometimes experience this but never even thought it was a problem, just a 'feature'

I'll get mine checked out. I don't suppose you know the TSB? Gone: RRS : HSE : TDv6 : 57 : Java Black : Ebony : 20"

I'm also getting movement on my FL2 and there's a TSB out for that too which us something about the rubber dampers not return to their original shape,

it was a Dec 2008 TSB for us, I would presume mine would have the newer part on it though been a June 09 car
