Answer - 'Must have been all they had in stock', not the biggest problem in the world. But kind of smacks of a can't be arsed attitude. Took a month to get Ebony mats, and not one phone call returned.
Hmmm, attitude change once they have your money.
The Mrs couldn't understand why I wasn't grinning like a cheshire cat when we picked it up. Although I was grinning once all was complete. She kind of missed the point that the first priority was to make sure the handover went correctly. Dozey Cow.

Not sure if Standard, however he'd asked what mats I wanted carpet or rubber.

Stupid me assumed the colour would match the colour of the interior carpet.

He didn't charge extra for them, probably because he had already smacked my arse on the price.

I have some nice Grey ones going spare, they make a lovely contrast to Ebony, not sure what Almond would look like with them.

They're not very dark at all, more mid. Lighter than Stornoway.

Sorry my comment on the contrast to Ebony was a bit sarcastic.

TBH I haven't seen an RRS interior that they would go well with, had assumed that they were a FFRR colour but would think the mats would be different sizes to an RRS.

You're welcome to them, but I'd see if you can see them in the flesh at a Dealers first.

Rubber's probably just as good an option.

Just had a look at my black mats, and they have faded a fair bit compared to the carpet that is still exposed, suppose it has been two years though.

Bit that I liked was the metal 'Range Rover' strips on front mats, but I'm easily pleased.

cityladd can you post some pictures of your car i have ordered the bali blue but have only seen the colour in the brochure but would like to see it on the car in daylight
