Just seen my first Bali Blue........obviously, colours are to a degree, subjective and dependent on lighting conditions, however its not blue.

Its purple!

That's not a bad thing, but definately a case for Inspector Barlow of the Yard to take up under the trade descriptions act! '' .

There is absolutely no substitute for a genuine lack of preparation.

The ones I've seen are definitely blue, maybe it was the lighting?

With you on this one RAD. First saw it under showroom lighting, and thought it had a purple "tint" to it from certain angles. Quite liked it at first.

Then later saw one outside, and under natural daylight (cloudy, but bright) it appeared much more purple from all angles.

Put me off, to be honest - so I've gone back to black. Having said that, I am sure many will love it, so it's all a case of personal taste.

Gazzers right, as Rimini for the colour of my sunburn on holiday.

Its blue in the sunlight and a bit of a darker colour in the shadows from the ones I have seen. It has a metalic flake to it. I think it looks ok tbh.

I remember BMW Carbon Black looked metalic blue in the sun. Gone: RRS : HSE : TDv6 : 57 : Java Black : Ebony : 20"

Hope it isn't purple,my Bali Blue will be here next Fri,it looked BLUE to me when i saw it.
