Ive tried wedging them out, but any harder and i risk marking/damaging the bumper and the sensor housing.

Do not try and wedge them out! I believe they are in 2 parts and the 1st part is locked by the 2nd part. I think the bumper has to come off. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Yes, they are locked in place by a nut or clip behind the bumper cover. The bumper has to come off to remove them, sorry. |

They are all right!! The front bumper cover must come off!
