leather re-coloring questions

leather re-coloring questions
Hi I'm new at this forum. found some answers on my problems like transmission "clunk" and Iphone Repairing issue.
But I couldn't find a answers for the following problem.

I have some light scratches on leather seats (Ebony). is there a way to get rid off ?
Is recommendable to use some re-coloring balm like this one?

Thanx
Greeting from the Netherlands.

The way I approached this problem was by using Gliptone.
http://www.liquidleather.com/scuffs.htm
They have a matching dye for ebony leather (you need to tell them make, model and year of car) which you can colour wash the affected area. Full instructions on the website.
You cannot remove the texture of the scratch but you can certainly make if far less visible.
Then treat your leather interior with the glipton cleaner and conditioner.
The effect is luxuriously better.

I've used this previously on my BMW which side bolsters were scratched and worn and it certainly improved the appearance.

It's all in the preparation, make sure the seats are cleaned thoroughly prior to application.

As per the other post, the Gliptone is a good cleaner/condtioner. Gone: RRS : HSE : TDv6 : 57 : Java Black : Ebony : 20"
