My last car was a bmw and I think bmw leather (even the individual premium stuff) is crap so I ordered with cloth and got leather done elsewhere (Champagne Nappa leather).

Land Rover breakers should be able to supply seats, door cards etc in alpaca.

Expensive job to have it done aftermarket... as iSlider says, reckon the best bet is a breakers or maybe keep an eye on Ebay. I'm sure I've seen a set of RRS seats come up on there before...

If you got a replacement set of seats off of Ebay, I expect most dealers would be happy to refit on a time and materials basis.
