Looked about right, judging by the current prices on the AUC locator, thus my question

Oh ok, I've checked the official landrover site and they have cars for around the same price but with mileage at around 62,000 - 70,000 mark....

FYI I sold a RRS 2005 HSE with sun roof & dvd back in Feb for £20k 50k on the clock. This was a trade in price on a new RRS so that car would be sold on by a dealer at about £5k over the trade in price. So £25k for a similar car 7 months ago. So maybe with the increase in 2nd hand car values it might not be too much of a premium - I believe you can get a better deal. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
