All depends on what you're used to... some people have 22s and think it's bad, others don't - no denying, though, that a decent set of 22s fills the arches very nicely. Just puts the stoppers on any useful offroad activity without damaging them; again, that may or may not be important to you Very Happy

I recently saw a RRS with 22" wheels fitted, which from a distance looked cool.

But on closer inspection they looked like they had been to a war zone with the amount of kerb damage to both wheel and tyre. Now that could be down to the driver or it could be down to even less side protection from having less rubber and smaller side walls.

22's on mine are fine - have had them for nearly 18 months now, and still on original Toyos after 30K miles, still have 6MM left on them - and the ride is fine - no problems at all.

Stay away from Revolting Revere - there is a fine line between modifying your car and making it look like a Vauxhall Astra GTE

Hi Mate, I was thinking if I get 22's what tyres, and seems Toyo are a good choice. Where abouts are you based in London? RRS Supercharged

Wil I'd have to say the opposite - awful look, and the ride not bad (from my experience anyway) Just thought the black was a little too revere, oops, meant severe.....my ride seems ok on mine, and yes I'll be honest and say it's not as good as 20's but only a slight difference......

In all seriousness, I liked the look, a lot. It broke up the red nicely, but all in all the ride was the decider, so they went. I even considered getting the standard 20's painted black at one point, but gladly stuck with the originals. Mr. Green

IMO - Aesthetically the 22's look better as they fill the arch nicely, but unless you are 95% city boy driving or motorway driving, avoid. Get on the back roads and you will be in a ditch before you know it Wink L322 Big Daddy SUPERCHARGED 5.0 Autobiography - Here & Now!
